District Of Idaho bankruptcy Court Forms

Court Forms for Idaho

Chapter 7 in Idaho
Complete liquidation. Start by filing with the court including statement of assets, income, and unexpired leases. In order to complete the Official Bankruptcy Forms that make up the petition, statement of financial affairs, and schedules, the debtor must provide the following information:

  • A list of all creditors and the amount and nature of their claims;
  • The source, amount, and frequency of the debtor’s income;
  • A list of all of the debtor’s property; and
  • A detailed list of the debtor’s monthly living expenses, i.e., food, clothing, shelter, utilities, taxes, transportation, medicine, etc.

  • Chapter 13 in Idaho
    Paying your debts off over time and allowing to keep all of your property is what consumers opt for when filing for chapter 13. If your home is under foreclosure a chapter 13 will save it given your attorney sets this up properly. You must however, still make your mortgage payments under this chapter 13 payment plan. Another advantage is that under chapter 13 is that it allows the consumer to reschedule repayments rather than pay all at once. This has proven to lower the overall payments without the direct contact with debtors. Everything is paid through a trustee.
